Everything you need to get stronger

Purpose-built tools for lifters who want to measure progress, not just journal it.

Log every lift

Record each set, rep, and weight in seconds. Your training history builds itself so you always know what you did last time, and what to beat.

Estimate your 1-rep max

GYMKA projects your one-rep max from any working set using proven formulas like Epley and Brzycki, with no risky max attempts required.

Earn your strength tier

See where you stand with per-exercise strength tiers based on your strength-to-bodyweight ratio, calibrated so ranks mean the same across every lift.

Build & share routines

Create structured workout routines with per-set reps, weight, and rest. Share them with a link or import a friend's plan instantly.

Map your body

A visual muscle heat map shows which muscle groups you're training, and which you're neglecting, so your programming stays balanced.

Track nutrition & bodyweight

Estimate your TDEE, set a calorie and protein target for your goal, and log bodyweight trends alongside your strength progress.

How GYMKA works

Three simple steps, repeated consistently, are what build real strength.

1

Log a set

Pick an exercise, enter your weight and reps, and hit log. That's it, under ten seconds.

2

See your numbers

GYMKA instantly estimates your 1RM, calculates your strength-to-bodyweight ratio, and assigns your tier.

3

Beat your last log

Use progressive overload to top your previous session. Watch your tier climb over weeks and months.

Learn how to train smarter

Free, in-depth guides on strength standards, programming, and nutrition, written and edited by Gabriel Younes, GYMKA's founder, for real lifters.

Train with a community

Share your lifts, compare tiers on the leaderboard, swap routines, and talk training with other strength athletes. Progress is easier when you're not doing it alone.

Frequently asked questions

Is GYMKA free?

Yes. You can create an account and track your lifts, routines, and body metrics for free.

Do I need any equipment to start?

Just whatever you already train with. GYMKA works for barbell, dumbbell, machine, and bodyweight exercises, including timed holds like planks.

How does GYMKA estimate my one-rep max?

It applies established strength formulas (Epley and Brzycki) to the weight and reps you log, so you get a reliable estimate without ever attempting a true max. Our 1RM guide explains the math in detail.

What is a strength tier?

A tier is a skill level, from beginner to elite, based on how much you lift relative to your bodyweight. Because tiers are calibrated per exercise, the same rank means comparable achievement across different lifts.

Can I use GYMKA on my phone?

Yes. GYMKA is a progressive web app that installs to your home screen and works like a native app on iOS and Android.
